Cheer Program

“Children have a natural way of having fun jumping to great heights, going upside down, swinging, leaping, climbing, and enjoying dynamic movements. Proper guidance is the key in giving them the space to learn and grow while maintaining their good health.
The past ten years, valuable experience has refined our understanding of how children’s instinctual movement are intertwined with their psychological routine. Both are amendable and coachable.
The goal with a dynamic child is to keep their passion for physical expression high as they grow into adults. And for those who required assistance in discovering their inner fire, we have seen them become great athletes—now engaging with their respective communities and cultivating a healthy mind-body relationship.”

Fitness is physical and mental. We work hard to build them at the same time.

Invincinal's branch of sport-fitness aims to develop:

through science based physical and mental education coordinated with an enjoyable environment of content creation.

Trainees will practice and refine the fundamental levels of a healthy lifestyle:

guided with gymnastic precision, anatomical knowledge, and fun challenges geared towards desired results.
Whether you or your child has a quiet analytical mind, wild natural energy, or anything in between, our class experiences are designed to find the best fit for our students to encourage growth and development.

I'm eternally grateful for the work you've put into teaching me how to dance! When you introduced me to the world of breaking, it literally changed my life. Thanks to your lessons, I've been able to grow not just as a dancer, but as a person, too. The lessons extend beyond the dance floor and into the real world. I'd do it all over again 1000 times!
